  1. Tried it for the first time. Loved it. I think it is a HIIT exercise.
    Only one problem is that it finishes abruptly.
    Does anyone know what will be the best thing to do before going to a complete stop?

  3. this workout is great after you have done a lot of bench presses and weight lifting during the month. I get back pain after intense workout, so generally after 1 month of weight lifting i take an entire week for exercises without weight, it feels good.
