    Also even with all the 5 upper body exercises,if you have not a sincere personality and intelligence, you could have 10 Upper body exercises and a great looking body.
    But when you open your mouth after a while your attraction will go south.

  5. Are women even attracted to muscular guys anymore? Lol To a lot of these women a big, muscle man is considered toxic masculinity. Women these days want a lean, shredded soy boy or dad bod, while men seem to admire big, muscular physiques. 😆
