Lecithin from soy or sunflower seeds is damn tricky!!! It´s also used in Supplements like BCAA´s which totally destroys the sense you may take it for. It won´t activate mTor it goes around on other pathways to prevent you from getting a fatty liver. That's why it was used in animal fattening so you will gain weight really fast and guess what it´s usually fat not muscle.
Soy Letchin is almost in everything from breads to cooking sprays. I be keeping my eye on every product that I eat to see if it has any soy by-products.

Flaxseed contains very little actual EPA or DHA (Ω–3 fatty acids). The lignin content in flaxseed is converted to Ω–3 in women only. It is of very little use to men, unless they are looking for a Testosterone inhibitor for, for example, slowing prostate cancer.
I suggest gentlemen use fish– or krill oil for the omega-3's —and oats, pectin or glucomannan (Konjac root) for soluble fiber, in smoothies, et cetera.
Some have suggested Chia seeds, which I need to research more on.
