  1. Dr. Rachel! You are absolutely EVERYTHING! You have not only positively influenced my life, you have actually SAVED my life. You are such an important person to God because of what you do to take care of His most prized possession, PEOPLE – especially men, for some reason society tries to leave us out.

  2. Lecithin from soy or sunflower seeds is damn tricky!!! It´s also used in Supplements like BCAA´s which totally destroys the sense you may take it for. It won´t activate mTor it goes around on other pathways to prevent you from getting a fatty liver. That's why it was used in animal fattening so you will gain weight really fast and guess what it´s usually fat not muscle.

  3. Flaxseed contains very little actual EPA or DHA (Ω–3 fatty acids). The lignin content in flaxseed is converted to Ω–3 in women only. It is of very little use to men, unless they are looking for a Testosterone inhibitor for, for example, slowing prostate cancer.

    I suggest gentlemen use fish– or krill oil for the omega-3's —and oats, pectin or glucomannan (Konjac root) for soluble fiber, in smoothies, et cetera.

    Some have suggested Chia seeds, which I need to research more on.

  4. At first, I thought "the D" referred to Vitamin D, but that doesn't fit into the context. "Testosterone" begins with T, "Erection" begins with an E, not a D.

    WTF is this "D" she is talking about ???
