Following your program 2 weeks ago with a 16 kg bell, I was not able to go more than 5 minutes, but now my strength has increased, and my stamina, I am getting stronger each day, you are my insperation. Thank you, also the way you say do a burpee, is so cute

someones aliens are very strong, but they seem to be bad, I finded an alien, in the time when I training almost every day, maybe any day you can to find an alien in you house, at you room.
I was trying to be a thin man , doing excercise, for to burn fat, but, I was gaining more muscle, each more time, and can not to be a thin man!
Maybe ,I prefeer to be a thin man ,like an alien!
I replace the weigth, for a simple botel with water inside, that ketteblell, is so much weigth, that don't give wise of Training.
it is a nice workout being for days with limit time,the secret is to engage many muscles at every exercise!

Hi zuzka, long time admirer here 🙂 Question(for anybody): I want to supplement my bb with kettlebells (and buy your dvd for extra motivation^^) but i don`t know much about that kind of workout. Do i need a pair of them? Different sizes for different exercises? Or is just one enough for everything?! Thx in advance.
Can you do this with a regular weight? Or does it have to be a kettlebell? I don't own one right now.
