Thank you Zuzka! I completed this workout two times and kept up with you both times. I am very sweaty and my heart is racing. I really like the break dancer push ups. This workout incorporates all my favorite moves: jump tucks, jump lunge kick ups, break dance push ups, donkey kicks, and side kicks. 🙂

Please do an updated video on kettle bell swing bc I can only swing a 26 KB for like 1 min and my heart feels like it's beating out of my chest!!!! I want to know how the heck can you swing one for 5 min straight and how long did it take u to get to that point!!!!!! Thanks love ya
