  2. Please do an updated video on kettle bell swing bc I can only swing a 26 KB for like 1 min and my heart feels like it's beating out of my chest!!!! I want to know how the heck can you swing one for 5 min straight and how long did it take u to get to that point!!!!!! Thanks love ya
