  1. Thank you Zuzka! I am hella sweaty, like I just got out of the pool, so I am gonna hop in the shower. lol. I completed this workout twice with a 10 lb dumbbell. i pretty much kept up with you the entire time. that first exercise was so difficult! Have a wonderful day! 😀

  2. some say that this kind of exercising, on a long time, is not good for your cardiovascular system … because your heart rate increase very fast … similar to strict hypertrophy training (budybuilding type workouts) ???
