Thank you Zuzka! I am hella sweaty, like I just got out of the pool, so I am gonna hop in the shower. lol. I completed this workout twice with a 10 lb dumbbell. i pretty much kept up with you the entire time. that first exercise was so difficult! Have a wonderful day! 😀

some say that this kind of exercising, on a long time, is not good for your cardiovascular system … because your heart rate increase very fast … similar to strict hypertrophy training (budybuilding type workouts) ???

I really struggle with the get ups on the 2nd exercise. Is there some kind of modification for it? Unfortunately my gut and chest make the stand up part to difficult for me.
