  1. Thank you Zuzka! I didn't sweat, however it was a great exercise after having an intense headache for the past 2 days and this morning. Yesterday my calves were very tight so I focused on stretching, lots of it, and it helped a lot. I kept up with you on this one and used a 10 lb dumbbell. Have a wonderful day 😀

  3. Personally I think if you eat healthy and exercise. Weight loss gren store tea does make a difference, but if you are looking for miracles, and continue sitting on your couch. I doubt you will notice anything.

  4. Awesome! Would you mind sharing your favorite workout shoes or your shoes collection vid? Almost everyone tends to get Nike for some reason but Nike and my feet don't seem to get along… I see many pro athletes wear Asics more and I'm wondering what kind of shoes you prefer. 🙂
