Rock star jump burpees with pushup, 10 reps
Commando pushups with knee tuck, 10 reps
Knee hugs, 20 reps
Reverse burpees, 10 reps
Alternating backward lunge with a jump squat, 10 reps

Thank you Zuzka! I could not keep up with you. I did complete all the exercises in over 5 minutes, less than 10 minutes. I was planning on doing this one twice, but I was unable to. I had to beginner modify all of the exercises. I can keep up with your 2012 videos, not your 2017, lol. Your evolution is amazing! 😀 Have a fabulous day!
