  1. Her body is absolutely amazing. I don't know why guys think ew when they see a girl in shape. They want the chunky girls with big butts. Nah forget that, she doesn't need a chest or huge fluffy butt. A nice girl who is in shape and is intelligent is like the dream girl. This is exactly why im interested in fellow martial artist. Female fighters who are sweet and witty are marriage material imo.

  2. Pack a bowl, go for a walk. 8-10 miles daily. Otherwise, losing weight and fat comes down to an equation: calories in minus calories out. Working out, dieting, watching what you eat… all SUCK. As long as you count calories, you don't even need to work out. Walking stoned never sucks.
