There is no excuse not to exercise. Many people (including my old self), have this wrong idea that to exercise you need at least 30 minutes to an hour each session. But the more I research and see this kind of videos, I realize that to get fit, you do not need that much time. It is all about intensity even in a short period of time. Thanks to people like Zuzka, I have learnt a lot and changed my mindset. Her exercises are awesome! Thank you for sharing Zuzka!
I just happened upon this kettlebell workout, and have no knowledge of the woman providing the instruction. But she has the most PERFECT female physique I've ever seen, so she must be doing something right! I could watch Zuzka work out all day long. Thank you. ☺
