    If your shoulders hurt, your hands are too far forward. Get them in line with your chest and you'll feel it much more

  3. Bully workouts are my go to almost every time I get on here’d to workout. His workouts push you to get stronger, faster and improve over all health. As a father with three young boys I need that extra edge.
