    – day 16: done! ☑(i took a rest of almost a week bc this month my period came for SIX days, i almost died😭😭 but i'm fine now so let's get back to the challenge!!)

    Well, this was my third challenge of the year. Before this I had already done the 2020 2 Weeks Shred Challenge and the 2022 Weight Loss Challenge. I have to say that at first, with the other two challenges, I had not seen any changes in my body. But I decided that it wouldn't affect me and I decided to continue doing more. I wasn't wrong. Just yesterday I was looking at my photos from before the first challenge and what?? I have seen that my belly has dropped much more, that my buttocks have risen more and my arms are slimmer. Furthermore, I got on the scale and saw that I had lost more than eight pounds!!! I AM SO HAPPY. Changes take time, but THEY COME. They came to me and I am so happy because I am a person with low self-esteem but with my results from this challenge, my self-esteem has risen up there 🤣 I will continue doing more challenges, of course! There are few youtubers with whom you can feel changes, and Chloe is definitely the best, so if by chance you read my comment and get to this part, I want to tell you to continue! You will see the changes in due time! Cheer up! And of course, I will also continue doing more challenges! Thank you, Chloe Ting!! 💜💜💜

    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup whole milk
    4 Tbsp unsalted butter
    1/2tsp granulated sugar

    1/2 cup all-purpose flour

    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Even your warm ups are high degree impossible to do for the average person. You can for example separate your videos in three categories: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Thanks.
