  1. Sun is toxic practically to everything – skin, eyes, hair ….. Sun is good for vitamin D formation and serotonin but that’s it. Sun actually accelerates ageing. Sunlight is bad for eyes – promotes cataracts and macular degeneration. Also, have you ever heard about skin cancer?

  2. How do you get sunlight in Scotland during the winter 😢. As an Indian used to the sunlight and having a gooo circadian rhythm, spending the second winter in Scotland.. it’s driving me crazy. Even though I force myself to get up by 7.30-7.45 I continue to feel sleepy..till afternoon

  6. Took salsa classes, yoga & kick boxing (in the 90s) and learned the importance of stretching! I stretch every morning & stretch for 15 minutes after a workout (avoids any post workout soreness) in addition, THIS 62 year is lady still salsa dances & can do the splits (learned in Muay ThaiKickboxing class)! Thank you so much for your advice (just screen shot your 5 points)!
