  5. the first time i did this workout it felt as if im in HELL, but i kept going and in a few days i started getting stronger! this workout and ur 30 days challenge is soooo amazinggg<3

    Day2: this felt good
    Day 3: I'm really enjoying these excercises
    Day4: I feel so satisfied after finishing this exercise
    Day5:done
    Eay6: done
    Day 7: I'm starting to see changes in my body
    Day 8: the only downside to these exercises is how sweaty they make me feel in the summer
    Day 9: this workout is really long but worth it
    Day 10: Done
    Day 11: I have finally started seeing changes on the scales
    Day 12: Done
    Day 13: my weight went down from 67 kg to 57.5 kg
    Day 14: 2 weeks in
    Day 15: half way there
    Day16
    Day 17: doing this workout while being depressed is really hard

I’m thoroughly impressed with myself, I have weak arms/shlder and I managed to do the workouts with a bit of ease as my arms wasn’t hurting as much, before I was like “I got short arms I can’t do none of this especially the table tops.” But after working out for almost 30days I’ve seen it is possible and it’s not cuz I got short arms I’m just weak in a lot of areas 😂🤣and now I can do them even fast mountain climbers and those one arm and one leg workouts, guarantee I’m still struggling but it’s less than it was almost a Month ago 🎉 😭 I’m actually doing it yall I’m excited 💕

  8. Hi everyone! I just started this workout today and will update on my progress. I currently weigh in at 204.6 lbs and am a 5 foot 7 female.

    Day 1 (April 14): Done!
    Day 2: I was so sore after day 1 that I just walked 10k steps and called it a day lol..
    Day 3: Still sore so I did a 15 min low impact workout!
    Day 4: done!
    day 5: skipped
    day 6: done! Guys Im not even kidding when I say that I am not sore anymore
    day 7: done! WOOHOO is this consistency I see?
    day 8: Skipped
    day 9: done!
    day 10: done! Just weighed myself and I lost 1 pound! At 203.6 lbs now:)
