  1. For me, my muscle mass is kinda low, but I’m still developing, and, also, my workouts aren’t consistent enough. As for “morning wood,” I get it pretty much every morning.

A really helpful tip is stop jurking because when you jurk you use your sperm and to produce sperm you need a good amount of TTT so basically do anything thing that help you produce more TTT but it's going for nothing if you jurk every hour and keep on producing sperm with that TTT instead of keeping it for the rest of the body

    Im 15, 5’7, 134 lbs, my muscle mass is pretty high, I am energized most of the time, im in good shape but the problem is I barely have any facial hair, maybe like a slight mustache but nun else

  4. so say my workout routine doesn't include push up or bodybuilding basically and only includes learning tge basics of fighting….does that help build my testosterone levels
