I’ll throw my 2 cents in here. I’ve seen a 53 year old Olympic gold medalist wrestler who was out of shape get called out in practice by a starting D1 21 year old wrestler at a similar enough weight. The match was 15 seconds and the D1 wrestler was put on his back and kept there for the next 15 minutes. The D1 wrestler finished all conference and was a match away from going to nationals so probably a top 50 college wrestler at his weight class that year.
1. Fighters well beyond their prime lose their iron chin.
