  1. Hi Tony, I have a question. In the gym, sometimes the coach pairs us to practice specific punches, one of them being the jab. I sometimes get paired with taller guys with longer reach, and some even use philly shell. Is there a way to outjab them? And also bonus question, in those scenarios, how can I defend better against flicker jabs?

  2. 1:20 Yeah but in training there's no such thing as "Time to recover", wheb the 3 minutes start you go with everything you got.

You start throwing hard punches when you're dead tired, and even if that's an instinctual thing to do it's also the best thing to do for various reason

Your technique is going to break when you're tired, heavy punches allow to keep intensity, get a TON of really effective power training and worsen your technique as least as possible.

My punches started sounding like dynamite candles and the only thing power related inside my training schedule was throwing hooks at the bag as hard as possible when i was tired
