day 165 (4x 45 day challenge day 30 part 1 of the current one) This gets easier everytime you do it. Havent had to go to gym or maintain a diet. Lost weight gained muscles and feeling increasingly stronger. Thanks BJ!

Day 108. (3rd time doing the 45 day challenge) This is one of the best upper body workout out there. Straightforward no BS simple exercise that gets you pumped like nothing else. No excuses any more! This is bully, this is life! Do not give up! It will change you!

Honestly this guy is the best trainer so far , 3 months into it l feel l reached the impossible. L hope the next year , l get big like him 🤩, and the crazy fact is l am only 15 and l have grown so much . Thanks man , u inspire to get fit and reach my goal
