  1. Been feeling off for a week. Took that time to rest. I’ve been pushing hard. So this morning I decided to kick back in with a low impact. Of course that lasted all of ten minutes when my body craved a harder workout. So I intensified each movement. Thank you again for another kick ass workout

  2. So day 4-21 here .. I went to my normal weekend gym routine and I almost cried knowing I had to pump 2 bully vids after but I’ll be damned after I got past the 20 min hiit this video came up and I have never been so thankful for a light work out in my life 😂😂 bc bully got everyone not being able to feel them legs 🤣

  3. I know its a lot harder but he needs to move on time to the music. This way the music harnesses energy needed and makes the workout more enjoyable and therefore helps make exercisong part of a lifestyle.

  5. Thanks for creating a routine for people like me! I enjoy watching your other exercise videos but they are too much for me to do. This one is just right for me. I didn’t get 5,000 steps in but I was close to 4,000. It was still a great workout!❤️ Thanks for providing content for all levels of ability!❤️❤️❤️

  6. Day 59/60! I’m so thankful for this workout today after 7 days straight of 12 hr shifts, two being overtime, I’m finally off for two days haha so I’ll be completing this challenge on my off day 💪🏾 haven’t missed ONE day and to God be the Glory for that ! Sending him thanks 🙏🏾

  7. I did this while adding dumbbells and arms on the 20seconds of marching throughout. I'm drenched and this is easy and versatile. I couldn't do the session of burpees on the 21 day challenge because of my wrists. So I hope doing this makes up for it
