  3. I’ve been drinking two cups of black coffee and doing this workout 2x in a row, 4 days a week and I see lots of progress, the coffee is a must since I wake up at 3 am for work in construction so I need it when I get back 😅

  4. Summary: I could do most of it, but started feeling exhausted at the last 5 minutes. So I conclude that i need to slowly build resilience against time period for a workout (for now 20 mins workouts are kind of easy).

  5. Just completed this workout for the first time. Didn’t see any comments about calories burned so thought I’d inform. I burned just at 400 calories and throughly enjoyed all the movements in this workout. Highly recommend and will definitely be including some of these exercises into my daily training
