  1. One major problem is that the ads come in between the exercises if he gives a rest break and shows ads in them then i don't have any problem as i know that is how he earns but in between just breaks the rythm

  4. Is this strength training along with cardio in it. Cause apparently it's hard for me to loose weight, finding out that I can't do cardio alone, need to do strength training, and cardio. It's the timing to do that being a busy single dad, with work. Trying to loose belly fat
