Bài tập này rất tốt, tôi thích nó và đang tập theo anh bạn, nó có giá trị với tôi không thể thiếu nó vì tôi đã quen và nghiện nó, mặc dù năm nay tôi ngoài 50 tuổi vì học theo các bài tập thể dục của bạn nên tôi vẫn thấy như mình chưa hề già chút nào. Mọi người thử đoán xem tôi năm nay có phải ngoài 50 tuổi chưa?

  2. Day 1: I was freaking gagging from the last 5 minutes, sweat covered my entire body, feeling light headed as freak!!! this cardio session definitely killed me man. I think i've been slacking for too long now, i let myself go for more than half a year and gained a whole bunch of fat. I didn't eat much today, ate just a cup of noodle which i all most threw that up after this workout session. Looking forward to go back tomorrow!

    Day 2: Feeling alot better today guys, even though i cheated a couple seconds at the last few lunges, stopped for about 5 seconds before the last rest break as well. BUTTTT i did the whole thing without breathing through my mouth hehe, controlled the breathing so that the workout feel better. Definitely sweating a whole lot as well, it got into my eyes once and i was rolling on the floor cuz that hurts like hell. See yall tomorrow :Đ

    Day 3: I didn't do this cardio today. What i did do is that i did a 30 mins chest workout. Why? Because my legs are dead after the first and second day so i figured instead of doing this workout with low effort and the risk of injuring myself, i trained another muscle instead. Sounds logical to me hehe. Though my chest workout session isn't as intense as this cardio, but it did kill my arms and chest so for me it was worth it. See yall tomorrow hhihi

    Day 4: I caught a cold so i just lie on the bed all day doing nothing :v I feel shitty that i didn't do any workout today

    Day 5: My legs felt a lil better and the cold is almost gone so i decided to do this cardio today. Felt better hehe. I wasn't that exhausted after the workout, but i gave up at the plank skiers, that killed me. My dog ran in the room mid workout and slipped on my sweat hahahaaha poor dude. I'll update yall tomorrow!
    Pro tip: Wear a durag or something on your forehead so that the sweat dont get into your eyes :Đ

    Day 6: As my legs are hurting today from yesterday's cardio, i trained my chest and triceps again and pushed my limits today. Felt amazing after the workout, arms and chest are burning, could barely raise my arms. I normally my whole chest workout is just 100 reps of pushing motion workout, mainly push-up variations like diamond, incline, archer and normal pushups and also some dips, did each and everything for 10 reps and re do everything a 2nd time. Today i was able to do the whole thing 3 times and that crap made me feel really gud about myself
    Pro-tip: Rap music or some really cool and epic music helps alot… or maybe some cute ass music ( its up to you! ) For me, i prefer 90s rap music like some ice-cube, 2pac, snoop,…
