  1. I loved this so much! This definitely wasn't part of the plan today. To be honest, I've NEVER done pilates. I usually do yoga – and I had put on a yoga flow for jiu jitsu previous to this, but my energy said NOPE. NOT TODAY. So I let it go and went on with my flow. I don't know how I got here, but it was an immediate YES. I also love the setting, as I am getting ready to travel. This flow was fierce, and "just enough". I had also intended in my practice today to do challenging core work. This one delivered, yet was also not too intense – but allowed me to sweat and "got the job done!" I might have to add pilates to my rotation 😉 I'd also like to know where you got those pants from! I need those! Thanks again 🙂
