  6. [30/05/2024] This is the first time I have finish a full workout that lasted 30mins. Before, I just took the one around 10-15 mins and then felt wornout. I know there's nothing impressive but the fact is I won myseft and that I can do more than I think. This workout is really worth it. I felt retired but excited. Keep going on little girl
