  1. Funnily enough I do back squats first then RDLs but my hamstrings are huge, definitely underated for having a thick leg, but my needs are different to anyone elses and since people wanna neglect hamstrings, they'd do better training hamstrings first.

    For me, I could only get my quads to grow once I tracked session tonnages, pushing it weekly by a few hundred kg was the ticket. Being completely jellyleg walking out of the gym was a good sign. If I could still walk properly, chances are I was slacking

  3. Just getting started again, I stopped weight training 27 years ago at 240 lbs. Not long had open heart surgery and went to post op cardio sessions in the gym and got bitten again, thanks for your great advice. I'm 54 now but still hoping for decent gains.
