  1. My vision got real bad when I turned 50 and I was able to fix it! My eyelashes stopped pointing up and pointed down I guess from sagging and got into my eyesight right in front of my iris! I was looking thru my lashes and it blocked my vision similarly to if I was looking thru a plastic flat comb held in front of my eyes. Plastic surgeon said they can’t make my lashes point up as before without making my face look strange so didn’t do that. They said to bend my lashes up with eyelash clamps but I couldn’t get them to work. Also suggested I perm my lashes up but that had chemicals and seemed strange. Fixed by taking buzz haircut trimmers and carefully trimming my lashes. They are only 2mm long now AND I CAN SEE NOW!

I know diabetes can have huge impacts on the brain and other areas and your exercises seem to be focused on muscle training.
