  2. Monohydrate is the only form of creatine which is well researched. Some others are reportedly not working. Not aware about HCI – assume, the guys know what they recommend.
And I wouldn’t do more than 1g of Omega 3 unless you have a doctor’s prescription: it might be bad, in a Long run, for your heart (new study) – although, generally, negative effects start from 4-5 g.

  3. Hey Jeff ! Only very small chance you'll see this comment but I'll try anyway. I would love to buy your supplements but as a european they are really hard to get (as in expedition+custom prices are off the roof), would you by any chance know or recommend any that we could find in europe ?

  4. I use Whey Isolate, Creatine, Omega-3 from Salmon, Vitamins B12, C, D and Magnesium.

If I could only take three it would be Whey Isolate, Creatine and Omega-3 but taking daily vitamins is a must with today's food quality.

  5. Unfortunately, creatine increases the conversion of testosterone to DHT. Everybody who suffers from androgenetic alopecia will get more hair loss than usual.😢
    Thus, I’m not taking it

  6. The four supplements recommended by Dr Stephen Gundry: 1_vitamin D3 (+K), 2_Omega-3 (+very small dose of acetyl-salycilic acid—aspirin—to make the Omega-3 bio-available). 3_vitamin C. 4_Magnesium glycinate. Thank you for this, to you for getting me started on training at 58 years of age. Greetings from Ottawa, Canada—home town of Poliquin, alumni from Ottawa University (my alma mater too) 🙂

  7. It should be noted that Omega 3 should not be taken when taking Eliquis or other blood thinners. If you are on blood thinners consult you physician before taking Omega 3.
