  1. The rep range is something I apply to everything. First exercise 5-10, then 8-15, then 12-20, or the number John said. And for the last set of the day I love to do like 15-20 slow, full rom reps followed by 5-10 quick pumps and a static hold. Fucking kills the muscle.
