  1. Can you guys post maybe a music playlist of just the background music? Sometimes I pause the video and just stay in the pose for a little longer and I feel like it would be nice if I could still listen to the same music

  2. For anyone else with sensitive/injured knees, to stretch out the quads I did low lunges and pulled my back foot in towards my body with my foot flexed. It helped me to achieve the deep stretch without any pain!❤

  3. Stopped what I was working on to immediately practice yoga as I had so much body tension for various reasons. This is the practice I chose and I'm so glad I did. Let out some unexpected tears in savasana 🙏🧘‍♀️ Thank you for your guidance. On to find a video to let go of unprocessed emotions residing in the body. Thank you 🙏
