For the family who put this on here to keep his spirit going… Thank you ,thank soo much and you know l can't afford a pro Coach and lm aspired bodybuilder and even my wife knows John Meadows was my coach and l always referred to him as such, he was my pro Coach before he even knew it but you know what ..one day l will announce him as my trainer to the World when lm standing on the podium and l will pay his tribute ,he is my family he is my father replacement ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    200 reps (every exercise is 2 sets of 25 with lighter weight)

    DB Side Lateral Raises
    2 sets of 25

    Rear Cable Fly
    2 sets of 25 (sub with reverse pec deck or rear dumbbell fly)

    Y raises
    2 sets of 25 (use lighter weight on incline bench)

    Shoulder Press
    2 sets of 25 (hammer strength/machine/dumbbell)
