  1. I m 52, I started this in Corona,was a great support, when pandamic was over I went to my normal work out like jogging etc. But couldn't continue due to tight work schedule. So I m back here again. Am able to finish in 20 minutes all the steps but sweating like shower. Plan to continue for the rest of the life in sha Allah. Thanks Bully for such a life saving technology
