  1. This was the first video that I found out about you. I was doing your workout last year. Everything was going good then I injured my leg I had to go back to physical. Therapids to get my strength back When I first started your workouts. I with two eighty five I got down at two sixty two Then I got injured, my weight went all the way back up. It's been hard. To get the motivation to get back into it again If you could do a video on how to get your motivation back The injury was Strain calf and a strain hamstring Patellar tendonitis

  3. I'm on day 6 in the 14 day challenge and my room always has a pool of sweat, mandem bullyjuice doing this under the sun with sweatpants without a drop of sweat and with ease 😂👌goat
