Tbh this was easy maybe that’s because I’m doing your 1h hour intense cardio twice a week for a couple of month now with the hell that vidéo put me through it feels like I can take any training with ease now 😭
Day 8 of my 30 day workout plan but I decided to do part A of day 9 and WHEW am I tired!! But I already see the improvements in myself. A week ago I would've been winded within the first 5 mins but today I didn't start sweating and losing breath until about 15 mins in
