  2. Good workout but the naptime chill out music doesn't work for me. Looking for hard workouts and motivation through music. Found a couple of other killer workouts of yours I love but yeh hope maybe this feedback on the music makes a difference 💪

  3. when you go to the playlist, the 1st video that comes up has sound in the intro but as soon as the workout starts the sound disappears. in this one there is No sound in the intro & then the sound begins when the workout starts. i wonder what's going on? i commented in the other video & several people upvoted so they must be experiencing it too.

  4. great stuff. good pacing. i had done a really intense 30 minutes already, then had a 30 or 40 minute break, and wanted something not to hectic. the pacing of this was perfect, and not too much throwing yourself around. another winner.

  5. This 20 min work out beat any 30, 45 mins I've done many 45 min cardio and not broke a sweat. I'm 200lbs plus and this had me out of my comfort zone. Will be doing this till I can go through the whole thing with stop 5 secs before I should. Great video cheers

  7. 2 weeks ago i could only complete 10 min out of the 20 min workout and after i had to lay on my bed for another 10 min😂 Now i Can complete the full workout while only breathing in/out through my nose, without feeling like Im dying after. 🎉

  8. HOLY COW – 32 yo male have not exercised since high school. I thought i was in shape until my sister came over and she convinced me to start after she smoked me in pushups. this is embarrassing but i couldn't do 5 good pushups in a row. My cardio is horrible too my sister and her BF went on a run and i couldn't make it past 100 – 150 meters id say.
    been doing body weight stuff like 15 minutes a day. came across this today and it absolutely smoked me, but it was simple, challenging and fun. I am downloading this on my phone asap.
