An amazing workout, but I got so much acid reflux. I had to take lots of breaks. I need more workouts that are rendered towards standing and not bending over.

Day 119 . 3rd time doing this (29/45) gotta tell you it works! the key to getting to your goals is literally just showing up. Feels great to be fit! All this without going to the gym and without altering the diet much 🙂

Day 43/45 I took a 2 year gap but this will be the 3rd time completing this challenge. I noticed that youve updated the list.. added some new workouts and mixed it up more. This 45 day seemed easier than the one earlier but there is definitely a lot of changes in the body. Also music has been erased from a couple of workouts (the other 20 min full body workout and small parts of the 15 mins lower ab workout) Thanks Bully for inspiring and changing lives . Forever in debt
