  1. In high school I was a serious runner training at an elite level. After high school I stopped running and working out. Now I'm almost 30 and trying to get back into a workout routine. I don't like working out at gyms and struggle with self motivation. Thank you for not only your wonderful and versatile workout routines, but also for giving me someone to workout with. Doing it alongside you is motivation that keeps me going. Appreciate you.

  2. I must admit I do shout at you during workouts 🤣 but I love you when I have completed them. You inspire me to push myself and have made me so much stronger not only physically but mentally too! I have just started a detox and fitness journey again a couple of weeks ago, I remembered you from last time I was on a fitness plan and I used to do your workouts in my tiny living room at home. I am now doing at least one of your workouts per day again along with long power walks and some light weights in the gym. Since moving to Dubai I have gained some weight and become very self conscious but you are helping me get my confidence back so much one day at a time so thank you 😊 💛
