  1. Boxed a little years ago. Need to get in shape. Looked for a boxing workout.

    I got through the first boxing round day 1. Day 2, I added a round. Day 3, you get it. Tomorrow (day 4), I'll add abs.

    I hate exercising, but I like how I feel when it's done. This workout just requires a little space and the will to go.
