  1. I appreciated this workout SO MUCH! I value doing workouts from bullyjuice’s channel bc it always includes workout moves that are outside of the norm! In other words, he includes workouts that not only target major muscles, but also smaller muscle groups that contribute to your overall strength and stability! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS! 23yr old here and I HIGHLY recommend this workout and this channel in general!

  3. I love this one because it's designed to fit perfectly in with his no equipment challenges. By design when you do those, your triceps and shoulders take a hammering, while your bi's can only be worked so much. So I like to do supplemental dumbbell workouts for them. But I also like to do some supplemental tricep work to hit them more completely. This one leans more on the biceps, but with enough extra tricep work to hit all three heads without overworking them in the bigger scope of the workout challenge.

  4. For anyone trying this, please be extra careful on the forearm rollup exercises.

    If you accidentally tense your wrist, like I did, you might be unable to do dumbells for months. After doing this video a couple of times i've not been able to lift a dumbell in 3 months, so please be careful!
