  6. It's interesting how varied flexibility can be. With a warm up, I can do a full middle split, but I can't even get my legs to touch with the fire log! I guess I forgot flexibility extends to all of your body, not just your legs.

  7. I rarely comment but I have to say thank you Mark for the thing you said at the end of practice, that coming to the mat is a victory in itself with all the distractions. It hit me hard because today I was SO close to skipping doing a proper yoga practice because I fell into the YouTube rabbit hole and thought to myself that I would just do ome quick stretches while watching a YouTube video about something completely different, but I forces myself to instead come to this video and remove all other tabs from my browser. Thank you mark for acknowedging it and making me feel proud and accomplished <3
