    Starting the 2024 Weight Loss Challenge today, hope I can keep it up ‘til the end of the challenge!

    Day 1: My arms are so weak 😭 Plank-related exercises are truly challenging, my arms nearly give up. Luckily, i make it to the end. ❤

I’m really struggling with this and plank stuff I think my upper body is weak and idk how to fix it and my form sucks and btw I’m 13 and when I was little I ate gummies that my doctor gave me to gain weight but I took them thinking they were candy and ate half the jar now I weight 234.6 and I have been chubby almost my whole life and I’m sick of it but I did all the workout I plan on doing this every Friday for my full body days if u have tips for me anyone please tell me bc ik it’s bad but I don’t eat all day until night time and think the reason is my adhd meds but if u have anything that will help me please let me know ty! <3

  4. I'm really tying to loose weight for my matric dance/prom which is on the 3rd of October and it's currently July so I have about +/- 3 months to achieve my goal
    I really feel demotivated sometimes but I just pull through,I have a lot if days where I don't feel like it and then I don't workout for the day but I really pray that the more I force myself to workout is the more I can actually start enjoying it and doing it more passionately

    Goal : 50 kg
    Day 1 ✅ : it was soooooo HARD to do it i literally can't feel my legs
    Day 2 ✅ : the leg pain is the Worse
    Day 3 ✅ : I finished the video with difficulty and my legs hurt a lot
    Day 4 ✅ : Exercise has become easier than before

    regarding this
    2nd day 😊..done with half of it …today

    So 3rd and 4th day was off…as I was not well 😞
    Done with 5th day ..till 3rd set

    Goal:badan yang sehat dan bugar turunin berat badan sekalian😋

    ✅hari ke 1:badanku rasanya panas bgt, dibandingkan olahraga lain ini yang bikin badan paling panas si menurutku.yok bisa yokk
    ❌Hari ke 2 lagi sibuk jadi gak bisa ini maunya 5 hari olahraga dan 2 hari rest
    ✅Hari ke 3 sama si kek hari ke 1 agak susah soalnya masih adaptasi tapi udah lumayan hapal gerakannya
    ✅Hari ke 4 "semakin kau latihan hal yang sama semakin lihai kamu" itu kata motivasiku hari ini😘
    ✅ Hari ke 5 mulai ada perasaan malas tapi harus tetap lanjutin soalnya ini pilihan ku untuk olahraga selama 30 hari

    Hope I can keep this up.

    Day 1: I cannot find myself to finish all the exercises. I skipped some floor exercises because my arms just cannot take it anymore and my hearts feels like it was about to explode.

    Day 2: my whole body is killing me!!

    Day 3: I can’t feel my legs!

    Day 4: had a terrible migraine, so I had to skip.

    Day 4.2: I feel like I’m doing all the exercises wrong. 😂

  10. Hi Chloe scan u do an alternative exercise for people with carpal tunnel syndrome my hands go numb and hurt when I do plank or push up, Please like my comment so this comment reaches her

  11. guys I was doing the lunge high knees and when I went and put my knee up I felt some pain like a ball was going through my left hip now when I walk it hurts does anyone know what's going on ?!?!?

  12. DAY 1
    6 minutes in and I am questioning my choices 😢 I'm so unfit I can't finish today I'm fighting for my life🙌😭
    Starting at 86.9kg, I've only done 68% of the workout I couldn't do the pranks , my arms are very weak my wrists are hurting real bad but I guess I' should keep going
