  1. On my second week of doing the 2024 weight loss challenge after 3 years with 2 more babies. I'm a mom of 4 and I'm so grateful for Chloe. I started in 2021 March weighing 189lb down to 153lb. Surprisingly, even though I stopped working out in 2022, I was able to maintain my weight until I was in my third trimister with my 3rd baby. And then my weight just spiked back up after that and I think I'm around 176lb now. I'm so excited to do this again. I just switch some of the core workouts to diastasis recti workouts so we'll see the results. Good luck ladies !! You can do it!!

  2. hi its been 2 months since i started with chloe’s workout + pilates and i’ve lost 2kgs and down 5 cm in waist and thighs!! as someone who has tried many workouts and going to the gym 4 times before giving up the real key is CONSISTENCY!! It’s not how much u do it, how difficult the exercises are it’s HOW MUCH can you KEEP doing it!! even if 1 day u feel tired, your mental health is not the best do only warm ups!! even only stretching, you have to stay consistent and eat consistently well!! If you crave chocolate or fast food try to take a small portion of cookies, maybe only 4 of them, and maybe take only a cheeseburger at mcdonald’s, never fully suppress your craves or you risk to binge. You can do it, it’s hard i know but think about how strong and healthy you will feel after only 3 weeks!!

  3. day 12 😅 starting 168cm 63kg GOAL —> 55kg (-8kg)
so far i’ve been doing these exercises every day and they’ve been getting easier and easier. i’ve also been doing runs in the morning and eating healthy as well as doing physical exercise through the day and getting average 8-10k steps. My current weight is 60kg so far -3kg

  4. My boyfriend gave a fitness mat today, so now I'm able to do every single exercise! 🎉It was impossible to do some of them on the bed cs it was slippery
Feels better to know that my workout sessions are more effective now😊
