  1. I didn't check in on the rest days so instead of being able to exercise tomorrow. it says i skipped 2 days, and i didn't check in day 5 😅 my life is scrambled, not sore, so doing day 6, i wrote my journal notes, so yay for that.

  2. If I have to pause the video while working out, I read comments because they help motivate me SO MUCH! On my second challenge, and I’m surprisingly motivated and able to push through!

I'm a teen of 14yrs old who has fast metabolism, but I think I kinda don't have it anymore bcz of growth and I have seen a belly coming out these last weeks and I have always dreamed about having abs and a hourglass body. I have tried several times Chloe's program but I always drop out, since like starts of 2023, BUT I finally got the energy to do them and I'm on my day 8 and have seen changes!! after I finish de 2024 daily 20 challenge I'm gonna hit that hourglass challenge!!   4. Today and yesterday i been feeling really bad about myself but I'm proud of myself that I still tried and finished this workout even if I did not do really well. Just wanted to write this for myself
