  2. Saw you said you usually do a split routine. How long an interval do you take for rest? If you do an alternating push/pull routine over two successive days, is a rest day on third day OK?

  3. @PaulSklarXfit Hi! I see in a lot of your videos that you work out full body, not pull-push splits. Do you work out everyday? Or do you split sometimes? Do we need to rest in between if we work out full body?

  4. PaulSklarXfit. what would be a good indicator that we can progress an ab exercise. Is it if we complete say 20 reps of an exercise or if 30 seconds if done for time?Thanks
