  1. So an old man noticed some kids being annoying and vandalizing stuff, decided to call them out, had a knife pulled on him, announced he was going to shoot before he even grabbed his gun, aimed downward and shot ONE TIME, and is locked up in prison?? Hell yeah. America 🫡

  2. 4 officers shot an autistic boy supposedly with a knife eventhough there was a fence btwn them and him and got nothing , this old man get confronted by three brats on a spree of breaking thing and causing chaos and he find himself in prison , moral of the storyy phuk you moorica

  3. The kid was the aggressor. He pulled the knife first, most likely taunting the guy after he pulled the knife, and him and his friends were probably just being a bunch of trouble makers. The boy escalated the altercation.

  4. Female judge… Of course it was. And she'll have absolutely no remorse when those young thugs threaten and possibly kill someone in the future because you know that's the path they're heading down. This story really pisses me off.

  5. This is the problem in American. Any yahoo can have a gun, including people with mental health issues. That old man went out there wanting to confront the kids. Did the kids screw up? You bet! I hope all three were scared straight.

  6. This is why if u carry a firearm u should get self defense insurance. This should of been a closed case…. but due to how the old man mouthed off he got charged. All he had to say was "he pulled a knife i feared for my life, after witnessing them breaking glass and causing chaos" . Period that's all and u really don't even need the breaking glass part but even the kid admitted he pulled a knife so idk how on earth he lost this case other then him saying in the cop car if u pull a knife on me ur gonna get shot. In the eyes of the law that's a terrible take. U can think that and live ur life that way, he'll I would probably shoot someone who pulled a knife on me also given the situation but there's things u just can't say outloud after self defense and saying he deserved it or something to that effect has sent alot of people to prison

  7. The kid sounded like he was making stuff up the entire time he was telling the cop the story. "Yeah so we broke glass and ran and there was a factory and we decided to go to someone's uncles house so there was randomly a house in front of us so we just randomly decided to go behind it so we can get to his uncles house faster but we just stood behind the house and when somebody came outside I pulled out my knife OH HE WAS GETTING CLOSER" like it's obvious what actually happened. Let's see him pull a knife out on an officer and see if he doesn't get shot, we've all heard about the 21 foot rule so why doesn't it apply to an elderly man? Absolutely disgusting. Why would he have to show remorse for shooting somebody in his yard who pulled a knife on him?

  8. Duty to Retreat vs. Stand Your Ground – it is your responsibility to know the laws in your state – especially if you have a CCW – or be prepared to face the consequences of your actions
