Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

My brother, I just wanted to thank you. Ive been working for 1 1/2 years to gain weight. When i was 17 my old lady came to my room drunk as usual, paraded me out to my step dad and held my arm up. Kept berating me and saying “not normal” and just harping on my little ass body. I was 5’10 and 98 lbs which i admit was very underweight and she wasnt wrong, but that shit hurt coming from someone i trusted and found comfort in. Started with your calisthenics since i couldnt afford my own equipment or a gym membership and i come back every now and then when i cant make it to the gym. Got to 130 which still isnt much but god damn it feels good proving that I’m better than she said i was. Im tixing my issues while shes drinking herself and her relationships to death. Lowkey sad but shit sorts out. Fuck it all. Preciate ya nonetheless, juiceman 💜
