  1. I think you should also include to each exercise, a small example on human body and mark it up with red or maybe other color, in which muscle groups you should feel tension. If a person doesn't feel tension, he or she should redo exercise or move it the leg or arm to feel the tension correct. Overall Great exercises I've been doing workouts with you for over one year, keep up the great work bud. 📈✅
