My grandmother does this twice a day. She is 97. Amazing lady. She smokes and drinks a 1/3 of a whisky bottle every evening.

We do a lot of these movements (and similar movements) in my Spenga class in Naples, FL. Remember, if you need a break, you can perform some of the moves without the jumps (pylo). They work either way, but the pylo will elevate your heart rate more and work the type 2 fibers more. As usual, I like the work out. It converts 'older guys' to younger and very fit guys!

It’s not a beginner workout indeed. I come from athletic backgrounds. Pistol squat? Hello, like. But glad to see that I went through it without any issues. Excellent for intermediate level,IMHO.

nicht schönes workout. sie ist hier viel zu extrem drauf. ansonsten finde ich sie oft sehr gut. nix für anfänger. nix für durchtrainierte. nur für wahnsinnige. ;-O das ist zu extrem. da muss man echt nach jeder übung pause machen. u was soll das rumgespringe. wollen wir alle stress mit dem mieter unter uns? wohnt ja nicht jeder im keller, bzw im EG. also, die über mir, die damen, die übertreiben es auch oft… und wenn die das video nachahmen würden, dann würde ich aber ordentlich fluchen. da die eh so stampfen. das sind keine damen, sondern trampeltiere. die machen ab u an rumba zumba dance. und das um 23 uhr… grggrgrgr… da muss man sich auch nicht nochmal mit sport pushen… aber inzw ist es ruhiger. und zuska ist dennoch noch die hübscheste hier. aber das video ist echt nix für mich. nix für normale ;-=. ich will mir nicht die knochen brechen. bin schulmedizinallergikerin. zähne u knochen sollten daher heil bleiben. keine narkose etc. vertrag.
