  3. Day 26 done!! I lost 3.9kg doing this 2024 summer shred. I do intermittent fasting as well as calorie deficit (focusing on trying to incorporate more protein and reducing sugar intake). For drinks, I only drink water so that I can get more calories from eating rather than drinking

Whyyyy is it soooooo difficult to complete a 15 min exercise… breathing heavily can't feel my legs entire body shaking and can't feel energy to do so….but I hope I can complete this at my own pace…support me to handle this and make me feel that I'm not the only one struggling this muchhhhhh!!!! 🔥🔥

  5. I’m on day 12 of the 2024 Summer Shred Challenge and it’s getting a little bit easier! Last week I was on the verge of passing out by the end of the video! This time I was able to complete the workout with a minimal amount of sweat this time. I even did the exercises with the jumps and I definitely wasn’t ready for that last week! Improvement and progress are the real key that will hopefully help me stay consistent!

    Weight – 57.20 kg
    Day 1 – ✔️ sweating like a pig
    Day 2 – ✔️ but i didnt sweat much so I’m gonna do something else as well
    Day 3 – ✔️
    Day 4 – ✔️ this one was hard 😭
    Day 5 – ✔️ I’m dying
