  3. Day 1 of shred and tone 2024 and that felt like 1 hour of workout😖 and of course I couldn’t jump so I did the low impact exercises😢 I hope I could do it

    Day 1-✅ It was a little difficult but I expected it because it was the beginning.

  5. When I was doing the last excercise, my cat slept on the ground beside me. When I leaned down towards my right foot, I tapped it with my left hand.
    When I leaned down towards my left foot, I pet my cat.
