    By the time I got to this one, I was spent.😊
    I improvised. Basically, it's the same without the jumping. The movement I did was like groomed slope* downhill skiing. After all, ski season is here.😊.
    Now that I think about it, a warmup stretch routine for snow skiing sounds like a good idea!😊
    *There are mogul slopes that are more intense requiring a squat, jump, hip, foot twist like motion, which would be a good warm up too.Skiers know what I mean.
